Randy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from East Texas State University (now Texas A&M University - Commerce).  With over 27 years experience in the commercial construction industry in East Texas, Randy has built a solid reputation for quality, integrity and professionalism.

Karen has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Texas at Tyler.  She has worked in business and corporate environments for over twenty years.

Wes has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas.  He has worked as a project manager for over 4 years and has managed a variety of projects in both the public and private sector.

Joey has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Cameron University, Lawton, Oklahoma. He joins our team after 20 years in the United States Marine Corps where he served in a variety of management and leadership roles.

Tina is a Certified Paralegal and has worked in legal and business environments for over 16 years.
