Randy Garrett

President / CEO

Randy earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from East Texas State University (now Texas A&M University – Commerce). With over 35 years experience in the commercial construction industry in East Texas, Randy has built a solid reputation for quality, integrity and professionalism.

Randy’s passion for and commitment to excellence in the commercial construction industry, coupled with his character and attitude for “always doing the right thing” makes Garrett & Associates a “cut above”.

Marcia Garrett

Owner, CFO, Business Relations Coordinator

Marcia arrived to Garrett & Associates as an “all in” team member! Her charge is developing and maintaining business relations with a vision to keep Garrett & Associates actively involved in our community. Our footprint can be found in such places as: Leadership Tyler, Habitat for Humanity, Trinity Mother Francis Foundation, Tyler Run for Autism, FRESH 15, YMCA’s Literacy Council, Miracle Network, and TISD, to name a few ...

Joey Garrett

Vice President / Director of Operations

Joey earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1991 while serving 20+ years in the United States Marine Corps. Joey joined Garrett & Associates in 2006, and has served as Project Manager & Safety Director for the past 7 years. His unique combination of education, experience, discipline, and passion for the construction industry is now being utilized in his role as Vice President and Director of Operations.

Libby Fulgham

Project Manager

Libby has over 30 years of commercial, institutional and industrial construction experience. His journey in the construction industry ranges from on-site superintendent to general superintendent to project manager. His talent, skills, and ‘can-do attitude’ cannot be overstated nor easily matched in all of East Texas. With a unique combination of experience, reputation, and character, he is not only an asset to Garrett and Associates but to the construction industry itself.

Jeremy Palmer

General Superintendent

As a young man, Jeremy Palmer found his calling: Commercial Construction. Jeremy in and of himself is a “construction force to be reckoned with”. None in this industry can match the knowledge, skill, determination, nor project foresight possessed by Jeremy. When Jeremy says, “it will be done”, it will be done and done right! He is a one-of-a-kind leader in this industry.

Carrissa Kellett

Administrative Assistant

Carrissa Kellett brings to Garrett & Associates General Contractors a platform of “God First; Family Second”. In that platform, she is the hub of Team Garrett.

Her years in customer service prepared her as an Administrative Assistance. Dedicated to excellence, Carrissa is best known as “Doing it Right; Again and Again” in all roles. Her allegiance and resolve brings affirmative results for Garrett & Associates General Contractors.
